Ellis Beach

I love this place, there is for me nothing nicer after three weeks on the road than driving to a relaxing location like Ellis beach, waking up each morning to the sound of gentile crashing waves. Walking on the beach is so relaxing and only a stones through  from Cairns (20km)  and south of Port Douglas.

The Tropical rain forests at  Cape Tribulation are well worth the visit but allow a good day.
